Awesome product and clever. A tiny bit hard to scoop out the magnet/candles as they are used, but doable. If the tweezer were magnetic it would help. Just saying. I want to order the replacement candles for next year bc this is an easy and safe way to light a Menorah.

Unfortunately, I am less than enthused about the product. The menorah itself is very basic. While the magnetic candles are an interesting concept, which is why i ordered it, there is a design flaw. The candles are attached to the magnet and are not all in straight. They cannot be moved so the candles that are not straight lean into the others. It's advertised as dripless. Not the case. drips everywhere. And the cost for new candles/magnets is way more than buying traditional candles. In all, this product is not worth the cost and i would recommend to anyone not to buy it
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really sorry that you didn’t enjoy the experience. This is our first year producing the Magnorah, and we’re actively working to improve from real-world use.
One area we’re already refining is our candle-setting process to improve consistency so the candles sit straighter once attached.
While our candles are designed to be low-drip, no open-flame candle can be completely drip-free, but we will review this feedback within our manufacturing process.
